Pre-Service Checklist

Before Four Seasons arrives to service your system, here is a helpful checklist that will allow us to fix the problem right away.

Find out where all your heating and cooling systems
       are located.

Check your air filter. A dirty air filter is a common cause
       of problems.

Be ready to explain the symptoms or problems you
       have noticed.

Make sure the system is accessible. If your system's products are in an
       attic or crawl space, please make sure they are easily accessible.

Make sure there's an adult (18 or over) home to legally allow entry to your
       home.

Be prepared to answer the phone; Four Seasons will often call to confirm
       the appointment on their way.

If your heat pump or air conditioner is frozen, shut if off before Four
       Seasons arrives so it's thawed and ready for service.

Keep a file on hand with information on all prior services performed on
       your system.
